Linh Hoang is the Executive Director of the International Leadership Foundation (ILF) focused on building next-generation AANHPI leaders and promoting civic engagement, empowerment, and economic prosperity of the AANHPI community. Through the Civic Fellowship Program and Youth Leadership Academy, ILF equips young people with the right skills and self-confidence to succeed at school and work. Currently, he serves as Vice Chairman of the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority to help small businesses grow and expand in Virginia. Hoang is a Partner at The Outpost, a boutique advisory & technology accelerator helping small businesses bring innovative technologies into the US government and he serves as an expert advisor for startups at the nexus of commercial & federal government innovation. Hoang graduated from Georgetown University.
