Sophia is a sophomore at Cherry Creek High School who loves serving her community through work with Asian Connect Denver (ACD), Path2Citizenship, Holly Creek, and Metro Caring. She has taken many leadership positions where she planned and supervised numerous community events. She hopes she can make an impact on her community where the younger generation is more active in community service. 

Academically, Sophia chases a challenging all-honors curriculum and enjoys connecting with like-minded peers. She enjoys competition both academically and athletically: she is a FBLA state competition finalist, a national qualifier in rock climbing, and was a Junior Olympics participant in synchronized swimming. Driven towards education, she is fluent in both Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. She has been playing cello for 4 years and was always determined to get a leadership position in orchestra. For fun, Sophia loves to rock climb, draw, and read manga. She hopes she can support her community even more as a member of ILF and encourage more people to partake in volunteering.
